New Collaborative Grants! It's brilliant to be part of the two Imperial-led consortia to explore and develop alternative protein fungal platforms! @BBSRC Mission Hubs and @Bezos Centre for Sustainable Proteins. The grants will support the research of two Postdocs and one Research Technician
